    可恶

    看来服务性行业的服务水平还要提高提高再提高,虽然顾客是上帝有时候不太人性化,但是当自己被无视的时候,就显得这句话太有道理了;什么服务态度啊,我就当他没有知识归类好了。想想现在没有礼貌、没有秩序的事经常可以看到,给我映像深刻的一次:我的一位外国朋友指责出租车司机随手乱扔垃圾的一幕,当时真想挖个洞把那个司机扔进去,不许摊中国人的台;公车上一位妈妈把拨完的桔子很细心的送进孩子的嘴里,可皮却理所应当的躺在地上,天哪!垃圾桶近在咫尺;我的心情现在不是很好,不喜欢这些人和事,希望时间可以改变一些态度和习惯;要是人人都懂礼貌,有责任心的做事,有爱心,那多好啊!
